“In his most notable mosaic work, Sosus of Pergamon depicts doves sunning atop a golden chalice. The image was said to be so enticing that real birds flew into it while trying to reach their stone companions. This single-hop showcase is inspired by the beauty and divinity of the Sosus mosaics. Just as the doves discovered their golden nectar, discover the irresistible nature of the Mosaic hop.”

Poured from a 22oz bottle into a Toppling Goliath Mornin’ Delight tulip glass. Thank you very much Paul for hooking me up with this awesome extra.
Pours a hazy golden body with a fluffy white head that reduces slowly to leave some chunky retention and spotty lacing after a few minutes.
Aromas are sharp and pungent.. very resinous, piney, peppery, lots of citrus, citrus rinds, oranges.
The tongue matches the nose, very citrusy, orange and grapefruit dominate here, with a piney, resinous bite sitting on a decent slightly sweet malt backbone. Lingering bitterness for half a minute after sipping. Mouthfeel is medium body and carbonation.
Super enjoyable, very nice offering from TG. It would be one of my go-to’s if it was more readily available.
