Hill Farmstead Citra Pale Ale

Was super psyched to try this pale ale, as I recently brewed a citra pale and and this was pretty comparable! Super delicious , here’s my full review:

4.56/5  rDev +2.5%

look: 4.5 | smell: 4.75 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 4.5 | overall: 4.5

Poured from a 750 ml growler into a HF taster. Filled at the brewery 2 days ago.

Pours a magnificent golden yellow very cloudy body with a white head that reduces to a layer of foam. Some lacing.

Aromas are delectable, tons of tropical fruits.. The hop profile here is dominated by juicy citrus, pineapple, grapefruit, mango.

On the tongue come big freshly hop oils – straight citrus and tropical fruit, followed by a slight hop bite but not much, making this an extremely easy beer to put down. Carbonation is medium and body is medium-light.

Delicious citra ale.. Having experience in brewing citra forward beers, this is what I aspire to create.
